Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.
Provide clear details about courses, learning pathways, fees, and enrollment steps.
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose the right program.
Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups.
Share brochures, fee structures, and program information as needed.
Maintain accurate lead updates, communication history, and status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, calls, and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development.
Strong communication skills in
English and Malayalam
.
Comfortable with phone conversations, tele-counseling, and online communication.
Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up activities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms.
Availability to work
Monday to Saturday
