Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online channels
Provide clear and accurate information about courses, learning pathways, and enrollment procedures
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students select suitable programs
Manage both inbound and outbound leads with timely and consistent follow-ups
Share brochures, fee structures, and relevant program materials as required
Record lead updates, communication history, and progress details accurately in the CRM
Coordinate with the admissions team for a smooth onboarding experience
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering leads, calls, and conversions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Comfortable handling phone conversations and virtual interactions
Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up activities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
