Job Description



We are looking for an

EdTech Sales Associate

to handle student inquiries, explain program details, and support the enrollment process. This is an

office-based, non-field role

focused on inside sales, lead management, and student guidance.

Key Responsibilities



Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms Share clear information about courses, learning outcomes, and enrollment steps Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose the right program Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups Provide brochures, fee details, and program materials as needed Maintain accurate lead updates and communication history in the CRM Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory) 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or business development Strong communication skills in

English and Malayalam

Comfortable handling phone calls and virtual interactions Organized, proactive, and consistent in follow-ups Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms Willingness to work

Monday to Saturday


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
