Role Description
This is a full time Recruitment Associate role based in Gurugram. As a Recruitment Associate at Filo, you will be responsible for hiring, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, recruiting, and screening potential tutors.
Qualifications
Internship or 6 months of experience is a plus
Hiring and Recruiting skills
Communication and Interviewing skills
Experience in candidate screening
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of e-learning industry trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
