Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the EdTech domain.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech hiring experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple requirements.
