About the Role

We are seeking an articulate and dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their academic journey.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and thoughtfully to admission-related queries via phone, email, and in-person Provide clear guidance on course offerings, eligibility, and the application process Assist students and parents with documentation and form submissions Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools Represent the institution at school visits, information sessions, and other outreach initiatives

Who We're Looking For:

A graduate from any discipline; background in Psychology, Education, or related fields is an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus Warm, approachable personality with strong listening and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with CRM or student management systems Someone who values integrity, professionalism, and student well-being
