Business Development Associates

to join our fast-growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, connecting with potential learners, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and online platforms. Understand learner needs and recommend suitable academic programs. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing learners. Maintain accurate records of communication and sales activities in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (any discipline). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in the

night shift

(US/International process). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and learning. Must own a

laptop

and be comfortable working from the office.
