Identify and generate leads through multiple channels - cold calling, emails, social media, webinars, etc.
Understand student/parent needs and offer suitable courses/products.
Conduct detailed counseling sessions to guide prospective learners through their career options.
Follow up regularly on leads to convert into successful sales.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Maintain and update CRM/database regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for better lead management and campaign execution.
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech industry preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving targets.
Ability to handle objections, follow-up diligently, and close deals.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
