To strengthen our global outreach, we are seeking motivated Business Development Associates to join our night shift team and drive impactful engagement with international learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective students/leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings during night shift hours.
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with potential learners to ensure long-term trust and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and learner experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field).
0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech/Edutech experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
Willingness to work in night shifts to cater to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
