Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Pitch products/services to prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets and company objectives.
Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all leads and opportunities are tracked.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
