About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
B2B Sales Professional
to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling educational technology solutions to institutions, corporates, training partners, or similar B2B clients. You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship management, revenue growth, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients such as schools, colleges, corporates, and training institutes.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for decision-makers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and prepare timely reports for management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, IT Services, or training solutions.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of education technology landscape (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
