SpEd@home is a pioneering EdTech initiative founded in 2020, built on two decades of grassroots work in special education and therapy. Our mission is to create a globally accessible ecosystem for children with learning disabilities, ADHD, and Autism through curated online remedial and occupational therapy solutions. Our proprietary Learning Delivery System (LDS) empowers children aged 6-13 to achieve foundational literacy and numeracy milestones. We believe in early intervention, inclusive education, and equitable access to therapeutic resources worldwide.

Position Summary



We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven

Business Development Associates

to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and inclusion, who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, client engagement, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities via cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals. Conduct offline and online product demos to prospective clients and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely records of sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns. Visit pediatricians, psychiatrists, and special needs centers to expand outreach and business partnerships. Analyze client accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers. Work closely with team members to achieve collective business goals.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree / Postgraduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred). 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, or Educational Services. Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with startup culture and proficiency in using digital tools and CRMs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. Experience in client-facing roles in the education or healthcare sector is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
