Key Responsibilities:
Manage DMS / CRM / ERP systems
Maintain daily data backups & data security
Troubleshoot systems, networking, emails, printers
Support all departments (Sales, Service, Accounts) with IT issues
Coordinate with OEM (Skoda) & IT vendors
Generate MIS reports on time
Ensure smooth functioning of dealership's digital operations

Skills Required:
Strong computer & networking knowledge
Knowledge of DMS/Auto Dealer ERP (preferred)
Good problem-solving
Excel & data management skills
