Roles & Responsibilities of an EDP Hardware and Network Executive:

WE LOOKING FOR MALE CANDIDATE'S

1. Hardware Management:

Installation & Maintenance - Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

Upgrades & Replacement - Monitor and upgrade old systems, RAM, storage, and other components.

2.Network Management:

Server Management - Handle Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory (AD), file servers, and database servers.

Network Security - Implement firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

Internet & Wi-Fi Support - Ensure stable internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.

3. Software & System Support:

OS Installation & Updates - Install and update Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.and troubleshoot ERP software and other applications used in the company.

4. Vendor & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management :

Hardware Procurement - Coordinate with vendors for new IT hardware and accessories.

AMC & Warranty Tracking - Maintain AMC contracts and ensure timely hardware servicing.

Vendor Negotiations - Work with service providers for internet, telecom, and IT services.

Required Skills for an EDP Hardware & Network Executive

Technical Expertise - Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and OS management.

ERP & IT Systems - Familiarity with Tally, or other business applications.

Networking & Security - Expertise in firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

Problem-Solving - Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues quickly.

Documentation - Maintain IT records, inventory, and logs for compliance.

Communication Skills - Provide user support and coordinate with vendors effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
