Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled

EDP Executive

to manage, maintain, and monitor our data systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

MS Excel

, experience working on

data management systems

, and preferably prior exposure to

Maruti Suzuki's DMS platforms

. The role requires ensuring accurate, real-time data availability to support multiple departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accurate, real-time data in the company's Data Management System. Ensure timely availability of required data to various departments such as Sales, Service, Accounts, Inventory, and Management. Validate data thoroughly before sharing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correctness. Work extensively on

MS Excel

for data analysis, reports, MIS preparation, and daily operational updates. Manage and troubleshoot issues related to the data management software or system. Coordinate with department heads to understand data requirements and deliver on time. Ensure data integrity and follow proper data security protocols. Generate periodic reports required by management or external stakeholders. Assist in system improvements and contribute to process optimization in data management workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BCA/BBA/B.Com preferred). Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.). Hands-on experience with

data management systems

.

Preferred:

Prior work experience with

Maruti Suzuki DMS

, AutoLog, DMS Next, or any other automobile data systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in the automobile dealership industry. Familiarity with Maruti Suzuki's reporting formats, dashboards, and data processes. Ability to multitask and manage large data sets efficiently.
