Monitor and ensure timely
data processing, backups, and data integrity

Provide
first-level technical support
to users for software or data-related issues.
Manage
user roles, access rights
, and coordinate with departments for system improvements.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, service, attendance, etc.) as required.
Track and maintain
attendance systems
, including field staff and client visit records.
Coordinate with software vendors for updates, issues, and customization requirements.
Maintain documentation such as
SOPs, user manuals, support logs
, and system checklists.
Ensure data compliance and assist during internal or external audits.
Support the implementation of new modules or software integrations as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of
enterprise software systems
(ERP, CRM, attendance tools, Zoho, Edify, etc.).
Strong understanding of
data processing, backup procedures
, and
system security
.
Proficient in
MS Excel
and reporting tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve
software or data issues
.
Good communication skills to support end-users and coordinate with vendors.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
IT, Computer Science, or a related field
.
1-3 years of experience in
EDP, IT support, or software administration
.
Experience in manufacturing, biotech, healthcare, or a similar industry is a plus.
