We are Looking a skilled

EDP Executive Cum Graphic Designer

to manage our school's located in Mokila, Hyd.

Key Responsibilities EDP :

Manage and maintain school databases, ERP systems, MIS reports, and digital records. Ensure accurate data entry, updating, and verification of student, staff, and academic information. Generate reports for management: attendance, admissions, examinations, fee collection, academics, etc. Provide technical support for computer labs, smart classes, and school digital systems.

Graphic Design Responsibilities :

Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, newsletters, certificates, event creatives, and school branding material. Create engaging digital content for social media, website, and communication platforms. Support event photography, video editing, and multimedia content creation. Collaborate with management for creative conceptualization of campaigns & events.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Design, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in EDP, data management, or graphic design (school experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and MIS reporting. Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, etc.
