System Monitoring and Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, including servers, network devices, and user workstations.
Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff.
User Support: Help set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Assist with the configuration of workstations, printers, and other peripherals for employees.
System Maintenance: Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks like software updates, patches, and backups
Network Management: Support the team in configuring and maintaining the company's network, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
System Configuration: Assist in configuring servers, workstations, and IT equipment according to company policies.
Documentation of Network and System Changes: Help document any changes to the network or systems for reference and compliance.
Document IT Processes: Help maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
Issue Tracking: Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring that all technical support requests are tracked and resolved promptly.
