Key Responsibilities:
Operate
EDM machines
(Wire EDM / Die-Sinking EDM as applicable) efficiently and safely.
Set up EDM machines, including tooling, electrodes, and workpieces.
Interpret
engineering drawings
, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of EDM machines.
Ensure adherence to
quality standards
, tolerances, and production timelines.
Maintain proper documentation related to machining activities.
Follow
safety guidelines
and company policies at all times.
Coordinate with the tool room, quality, and production teams as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Tool Room, Machinist, or relevant technical trade.
Strong knowledge of
EDM machining processes
, materials, and tooling.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of precision components and tooling.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
