Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

EDM Machine Operator

with hands-on experience in DIE Sinking / Hole Drilling EDM operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating EDM machines to produce complex, high-precision components for our rifle manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment ( Sinker & Hole Drilling ) to machine precision firearm components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure tight tolerances. Maintain EDM machines, perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Document production processes and maintain quality records in accordance with ISO and/or firearm industry standards. Collaborate with CNC/VMC machinists, engineers, and quality control teams for efficient production flow. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment compliant with safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience operating EDM machines in a precision manufacturing environment. Experience working with tight tolerances and hard metals (e.g., tool steels, stainless steel, titanium). Prior experience in the firearms industry is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
