Job Title: EDM Operator - Tool Room

Qualification: ITI (Fresher)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (initial 6 months on 3rd party payroll, convertible to company payroll based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) machines to produce parts according to specifications.

2. Load and unload materials onto the machines.

3. Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary.

4. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

5. Ensure the EDM process runs smoothly and efficiently.

6. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

8. Adhere to safety and quality standards.

Desired Skills:

- ITI certification in relevant trade (e.g., Machinist, Tool and Die Maker)

- Basic knowledge of EDM machines and operations

- Familiarity with quality control processes

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Working Conditions:
