Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Operate

EDM (Die-Sinking / Wirecut) machines

for precision tool and mold manufacturing. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, tool designs, and CAD models

. Set up electrodes, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine. Ensure

dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality

Ensure

dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality

of machined parts. Perform

basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and electrode management

. Maintain proper

records of job completion, tool wear, and machine utilization

. Work in coordination with toolmakers, designers, and QC team to meet deadlines. Follow

safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualification (Education):

ITI / Diploma

in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical / Machining. Preferably from

NTTF / CIPET / GTTC / Govt. ITI

or equivalent.

Experience Required:

2-5 years

hands-on experience in operating

EDM (Wirecut / Die-Sinking) machines

. Knowledge of

electrodes, spark erosion process, and machining parameters

. Basic understanding of

CAD/CAM programming

preferred.

Precision machining & attention to detail Knowledge of toolroom standards and mold components Ability to work independently & in a team Strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
