This position is based in and reports to our Gurgaon, India Office.

Overview

We are looking for an Editorial Production Contractor to support a high-volume project focused on building native articles in WordPress. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WordPress, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build, format, and publish native articles in WordPress following established templates and brand guidelines. Troubleshoot formatting, layout, and functionality issues within WordPress, escalating technical challenges when needed. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. Maintain clear communication on task status, blockers, and daily progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of WordPress, including formatting tools, and troubleshooting basic issues. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and turn around assignments quickly without compromising quality. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following defined workflows. Prior experience in editorial production, content management, or digital publishing is a plus.
