Opportunity -

In this role, you will:


Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the next phase of Oxford Advantage, ensuring alignment with market needs and timelines. Collaborate with the sales excellence team, Head - Integrated Services, and curriculum experts to design pedagogy across core subjects for grades K-8. Align curriculum design with NEP and NCF guidelines, focusing on learning outcomes and vertical-horizontal progression. Develop product blueprints and introduce new features to enhance competitiveness and reach. Commission and manage authors, content developers, and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality manuscripts. Allocate work across the editorial team based on strengths and skill sets, while managing project timelines and deliverables. Finalize stylesheets and art styles suited to the target age group and budget. Guide editors through all stages of product development, ensuring quality and age-appropriateness. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy. Maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Your leadership will directly impact the success and growth of Oxford Advantage, helping it reach more learners with high-quality, curriculum-aligned content.

About You

Essential Criteria

Postgraduate degree in Sciences, Languages, or related fields. 5-8 years of experience in project delivery, preferably in Education, EdTech, or Publishing. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage strict deadlines and budgets. Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
