Journal Submission Executives

. The role involves assisting in preparing, formatting, and submitting research papers to reputed national and international journals. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in academic/research publishing. Selected candidates will receive structured training, and based on performance,

an increment will be provided after 6 months

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing manuscripts, research papers, and supporting documents for journal submission. Format manuscripts according to journal guidelines. Handle online submission portals of various journals. Maintain accurate records of submission status and follow up with editorial teams. Coordinate with authors, researchers, and internal teams to collect required information. Ensure compliance with journal policies, plagiarism checks, and ethical publishing standards. Track acceptance, revision, and publication status of submitted manuscripts.

Requirements:

Any degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering). Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet usage). Interest in academic/research publishing is an added advantage.
