Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Journal Submission Specialist to manage end-to-end research paper submission processes. The role involves preparing manuscripts as per journal guidelines, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with ethical and formatting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting suitable journals and reviewing submission guidelines.
Format manuscripts, check for errors, and draft cover letters.
Manage authorship details, permissions, and ethical compliance.
Prepare abstracts, metadata, funding details, and acknowledgments.
Handle submission platforms, upload documents, and maintain records.
Communicate submission status with clients and address revision requests.
Maintain CRM records, ensure confidentiality, and deliver services on time.
