Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, testimonials, event coverage, and educational content.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, YouTube, etc.).
Capture high-quality video and audio footage during institute events, workshops, and activities.
Edit raw footage into compelling videos with smooth transitions, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Manage video assets, organize raw footage, and maintain a structured archive.
Ensure timely delivery of all video projects under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Proficiency:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with video editing software:
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o Final Cut Pro (optional but preferred)
o DaVinci Resolve (color correction/grading)
Proficiency in motion graphics & design tools:
o Adobe After Effects
o Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (for thumbnails, graphics, and layouts)
Experience with professional video and DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, or equivalent).
Familiarity with lighting setups, audio equipment, and studio production techniques.
Knowledge of different video formats and optimization for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Creativity, storytelling ability, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in video production and editing (freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply).
Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills.
