Sembulam Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Photo & Video Editor

to capture and create engaging content for our real estate projects. This role involves

visiting project sites

, taking high-quality photos and short videos, editing them professionally, and delivering

2-3 social media posts and 1 edited video

per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit project sites to capture

high-quality photographs and short video clips

. Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional use (reels, property showcases, progress updates, etc.). Create

2-3 engaging posts and 1 high-quality video

per week. Coordinate with the marketing team for shoot planning and content direction. Ensure consistency in visual branding, lighting, angles, and tone. Submit deliverables on time each week.

Requirements:

Proven experience in photography and video editing (portfolio/samples required). Access to your own

camera or high-end smartphone

with good resolution. Proficiency in editing tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps

. Creativity and an eye for framing, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to travel to our project sites in and around Dindigul.(vehicle will be provide ony during office hours) Basic understanding of social media aesthetics (Instagram, Facebook reels, etc.).
