Key Responsibilities
Operate edge banding machine (manual/automatic)
Apply PVC/ABS/veneer edge banding tape to boards
Maintain edge alignment and proper glue bonding
Ensure clean finish -- trimming, scraping, and buffing
Check and adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, glue)
Read cutting list / machining list and identify board edges
Daily machine cleaning and routine maintenance
Follow safety standards and production timelines
Requirements
1-2 years minimum experience as Edge Band Machine Operator
Ability to work with plywood, MDF, particle board etc.
Knowledge of glue application, trimming & finishing tools
Understanding machine settings & troubleshooting
Good attention to detail and finishing quality
Preferred
Experience in modular furniture / interior factory
