Job Description

- Design and develop PCB layouts for switched reluctance controller and power electronics converter systems in accordance with automotive industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PCB requirements, ensuring compliance with automotive safety and reliability guidelines.
- Implement best practices for high-speed signal integrity, power distribution, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in automotive applications.
- Conduct thorough design reviews, simulations, and testing to validate and optimize PCB designs for automotive environments.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design for  power electronics converter systems in the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle) and familiarity with automotive-specific tools like Mentor Graphics PADS, Zuken CR-8000, or Altium Designer Automotive.
- In-depth understanding of automotive electronics standards, such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and IPC-2221.
- Expertise in automotive-specific EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and thermal management for power electronics.
- Knowledge of automotive powertrain systems and familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
