EDD Simulation Lead
A purpose driven role for you
Responsible for the 1D & 3D Structural & Thermal simulation for all specific powertrain systems
A Day in the life

• 1D simulation of various engine systems to enable conceptual/definitive understanding of function and capability. This can include; valvetrain, rotating & reciprocating systems (crankshaft/connecting rod/piston/bearings), balancing systems, and the ability to select technology types, and to ensure reliability and durability of systems analyses.
• 3D simulation of various engine systems to enable conceptual/definitive understanding of function and capability. This can include; cylinder heads, cylinder blocks/crankcases, valvetrain, rotating & reciprocating systems (crankshaft/connecting rod/piston/bearings), balancing systems, and the ability to select technology types, and to ensure reliability and durability of systems analyses.

Academic Qualification & Experience
BTech /M Tech from renowned institute
Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in 2W/4W 1D & 3D simulation of thermal & structural analysis and development of powertrain systems and their integration into Hero vehicle product portfolio.
• Experienced and capable to apply modern toolsets for delivery of simulation results. These should include GT-Suite, ANSYS, ADAMS, AVL & Ricardo toolsets
