The KeysightCare organization is offering a large panel of services including Technical Support, Customer Training Services, and On-site Premium Support & Consulting.
We offer the opportunity to join our KeysightCare organization, as a Post-Sales Application Engineer focused on Design & Simulation Solutions support.

As a post-sales Application Engineer, you will assist our customers to address their technical challenges with our simulation tools. You will bring your technical expertise at the service of our customers, in the frame of the KeysightCare value proposition, that includes committed response time and high quality of the answer. Occasional customer visits and customer education delivery may be required.

You will be engaged into diversified services and support deliverables:

Technical Support: you will bring your technical expertise at the service of your customers, in the frame of the KeysightCare value proposition, that includes committed response time and high quality of the answer.

Premium Services: you will contribute to EDA Solutions deployment by delivering customers training and on-site Consulting to Designers or CAD Managers, mainly to our identified major accounts. The customer training will allow them to improve their productivity using Keysight EDA Tools and maximizing their experience on our solutions. The consulting will position the technical expertise at the design level, contributing to design flow improvement with the objective of accelerating customer's time to market and ensuring the best technical innovation.

Customer Education: you will deliver training modules to our customers, enabling them to develop their knowledge on Keysight EDA Tools and help them to use efficiently the simulation tools to address their design challenges.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and high speed digital knowledge, with typically 5 to 10 years of practical experience in Digital, Circuit or System design.
• Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools (ADS, EMPRO, GOLDENGATE, SYSTEMVUE, GENESYS)
• Background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Eldo, Ansoft HFSS is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D.

Technical and business requirements

• Understand customer's design flows.
• Understand communication systems and/or circuit design and the application of EDA software design tools.
• Understand industry trends and continuously acquire the appropriate technical knowledge related to these trends.
• Ability to transfer his/her knowledge of EDA software usage and report activities to colleagues and customers in a professional manner.
• Apply his/her technical expertise to solve unique customer requirements through a dedicated solution
• Demonstrate a real passion for customer success.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation and strong analytical skills are key success factors
• Identify new opportunities from customer issues and build innovative solutions with Keysight tools to resolve identified designer issues, to increase designer efficiency, and consequently Keysight EDA Tools usage
• Make use of his/her technical expertise credibility to sell further services in line with customers' needs and applications.
• Contribute to Business Development by communicating closely with Sales Organization.
