: Sales Executive - Athena LMS

Location

: Hybrid (Office in Delhi + Work from Home)

Work Schedule

: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; Sundays off) - Flexible shifts to accommodate client interactions in US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Middle East time zones

Experience Level

: Minimum 2 Years in sales (preferably in SaaS/EdTech/International B2B)

Salary

: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives & Commissions

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

: Identify and reach out to potential international clients (schools, universities, corporates, training centers in US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Middle East) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to promote Athena LMS.

Product Demos & Presentations

: Conduct virtual demos (via Zoom/Teams) of the Athena LMS platform, highlighting features like course management, quizzes, certifications, and reporting; tailor presentations to global client needs.

?

Sales Closing

: Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close subscriptions (monthly/annual plans) with clients across time zones to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

CRM Management

: Update leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

?

Market Research

: Stay updated on global edtech trends, competitor analysis (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard alternatives), and gather client feedback from international markets.

?

Client Relationship Building

: Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, support onboarding for new clients, and manage ongoing relationships in US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Middle East.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on global campaigns and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in any stream (BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

?

Experience

: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, inside sales, or tele-sales; Experience in SaaS/EdTech and international client handling (US, UK, Australia, Canada, Middle East) is mandatory. Proven track record of closing deals with global clients.

Skills

:

? Excellent communication in English (fluent spoken and written; neutral accent preferred for international calls).

? Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet).

? Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and cross-cultural communication abilities.

? Knowledge of LMS platforms or edtech tools; understanding of global education markets.

? Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calls (50-100/day) during flexible hours (e.g., early mornings/late evenings for overlapping time zones).

? Willingness to work in shifts to cover US (EST/PST), UK (GMT), Australia (AEDT), Canada, and Middle East time zones.
