Description:
CTG is seeking Epic Client Systems Administrators (ECSA) to provide essential operational support. This role is responsible for troubleshooting tickets and system issues, improving documentation, and supporting upcoming projects--including work related to integrations, build activities, and the organization's Hyperdrive migration. The ECSA will collaborate closely with fellow ECSA team members, Epic application analysts, and other technical teams to ensure a stable and efficient Epic environment.
