Description:
CTG is seeking Epic Client Systems Administrators (ECSA) to provide essential operational support. This role is responsible for troubleshooting tickets and system issues, improving documentation, and supporting upcoming projects--including work related to integrations, build activities, and the organization's Hyperdrive migration. The ECSA will collaborate closely with fellow ECSA team members, Epic application analysts, and other technical teams to ensure a stable and efficient Epic environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, including ticket resolution, issue troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Participate in integration and build?related projects, especially those tied to the Hyperdrive migration.
• Work collaboratively with Epic analysts, infrastructure teams, and other application groups to support cross?functional initiatives.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and deployment activities for new features, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Maintain adherence to organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Epic ECSA certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an ECSA or similar technical role.
• MS SQL Server Certification

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to 125,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
