to conduct Employability and Career Preparation sessions for students. The trainer will help learners enhance their communication, interpersonal, and professional skills, preparing them for interviews and successful employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive training sessions on employability skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
Train students on resume building, group discussions, and professional etiquette.
Assess students' progress through mock interviews, tests, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with industry requirements.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and modules as per curriculum needs.
Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and improve communication skills.
Maintain attendance, performance reports, and feedback records.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required).
Strong understanding of corporate culture and recruitment expectations.
Ability to engage and inspire students through interactive teaching methods.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/MA in English/HR preferred).
Certification or prior experience in soft skills or employability training is an advantage.
