About The Job:

• Technical Payroll Consultant in this role, you'll be a critical bridge between SAP SuccessFactors Core (SF Core) and the existing on-premise SAP ECC6 (on-premise) payroll system.
• His expertise will ensure a successful implementation of SF Core's payroll functionalities with seamless integration through the Payroll Control Center (PCC).

Essential Job Functions:

• Expertise in configuring and managing the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC6 Payroll and data structures.
• Analyse and understand the client's current payroll processes in ECC6
• Configure SF Core Payroll settings and data mapping for integration with ECC6
• Set up and configure the PCC for bi-directional communication between SF Core and ECC6
• Set up and configure the PCC for bi-directional communication between SF Core and ECC6
• Develop custom configurations or workflows within SF Core Payroll to meet specific needs
