About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Economics Tutor to support MBA and undergraduate students in understanding core economic concepts, completing assignments, and improving academic performance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable guiding students through academic writing, essay development, and subject-specific problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for MBA and undergraduate students in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics, Development Economics, and related subjects. Assist students with academic essays, reports, projects, and case studies while maintaining academic integrity. Break down complex economic theories into simple, easy-to-understand explanations. Help students prepare for exams, quizzes, and classroom assessments. Develop customized study plans and learning materials based on student needs. Offer feedback on students' writing structure, arguments, and analysis to enhance clarity and academic quality. Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, MBA (with strong Economics background), or related field. Previous teaching or tutoring experience at graduation or postgraduate level preferred. Strong understanding of economic theories, analytical tools, and academic writing standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide students in essay writing, research organization, and conceptual clarity. Familiarity with university-level curriculum and expectations.
Preferred Skills

Experience tutoring MBA students. Ability to create custom study notes, practice questions, and learning resources. Strong academic writing and editing skills. Comfort with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, etc.).
