Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform (product listings, inventory, and performance tracking).

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media).

Optimize customer journey, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.

Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports for decision-making.

Qualification:

2-4 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and web analytics.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with healthcare products and customer needs is a plus.
