Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day activities related to

E-Commerce and Digital Marketing services

. The role involves handling client onboarding, documentation, listings, and ensuring smooth execution of backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding process for clients on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms. Prepare, verify, and maintain required documents. Coordinate with clients for updates and operational support. Handle product listings, updates, and order management. Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and backend tasks. Ensure timely reporting and smooth workflow within the team.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Operations (Freshers can apply). Strong organizational & multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and online portals. Good communication skills (Hindi & English). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
