Job Title: E-Commerce/Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person. Assist customers with product information, order status, and after-sales service. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient service. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction. Manage and update product listings on Website. Develop and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram. Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions. Track and analyze social media performance metrics. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer skills, including MS Office & Goggle Sheet. Patience and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
