About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on data management for day-to-day escalated customer queries
2. Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally through WhatsApp and Instagram channels
3. Provide exceptional support and assistance to customers, guiding them through the ordering process and resolving any issues they may encounter
4. Engage with customers on social media platforms to address their comments, feedback, and inquiries promptly and courteously
5. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, tracking information, and any delivery-related updates
6. Liaise with internal teams such as logistics and operations to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

1. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
2. Demonstrated dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
3. Comfortable using various communication channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram DM\'s
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, ensuring timely responses to customer queries
5. Team player who can collaborate with the processing and shipping team from time to time
6. Ability to find solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude
7. Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and order processing is advantageous
