- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers or IT for issue resolution.
CRM & Order Processing
- Manage and update the internal CRM for orders, leads, and customer records.- Process online orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery coordination.- Ensure smooth communication with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries and service requests received through DeccanRetail.com, email, WhatsApp, or social media platforms.- Coordinate with service and logistics teams to resolve complaints or order-related issues promptly.- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Pricing & Market Monitoring
- Regularly track competitor websites (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for product availability and pricing.- Ensure DeccanRetail.com pricing is competitive and aligned with market trends.
