Key ResponsibilitiesWooCommerce Management
Manage and update products on WooCommerce (pricing, attributes, descriptions, categories, images).
Ensure smooth functioning of the store including plugins, themes, and checkout flow.
Monitor stock levels, order processing, and overall store performance.
Improve product pages for better conversions (SEO, layout, UX).
SEO & Website Optimization
Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO.
Optimize product titles, meta tags, alt tags, schema, and URLs.
Manage link-building activities and SEO campaigns.
Monitor rankings and analytics using Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
Digital Marketing & Ads
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
, and
LinkedIn Ads

Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, ad creatives, and performance tracking.
Run retargeting, remarketing, and sales funnel campaigns.
Social Media Management
Create and schedule content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

Manage daily posts, stories, reels, and engagement.
Grow brand presence through regular, high-quality content.
Collaborate with design team for creatives.
Content & Email Marketing
Write SEO-friendly blogs, product descriptions, and marketing content.
Plan and send email campaigns (MailChimp / Zoho / HubSpot).
Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Track digital performance metrics: sales, traffic, ROAS, CTR, conversions.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement ideas.
Competitor analysis and market research.
Requirements
Proven experience in
WooCommerce
&
WordPress
operations.
Strong knowledge of
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics
.
Hands-on experience with
social media marketing
.
Understanding of basic graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of eCommerce operations and digital sales funnels.
Experience with plugins like
RankMath/Yoast, Elementor, WP Rocket, MailPoet, etc.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (optional but beneficial).
Experience with marketplace listings (Amazon/Flipkart/IndiaMART/TradeIndia) is a bonus.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce management.
