Job Summary

We are a Fashion E-Commerce company looking to expand our team and We are looking for a responsible and experienced

E-commerce Warehouse In-Charge

to manage our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of courier handling, inventory management, order processing, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

order processing

for multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.). Handle

daily inbound & outbound shipments

. Coordinate with

courier partners

for pickups, tracking issues, returns, and escalations. Maintain

accurate inventory records

, stock updates, and stock audits. Ensure

timely dispatch

of all customer orders. Manage

packing, labeling, and quality checks

before dispatch. Monitor

returns (RTO/RTV)

and update stock accordingly. Prepare daily/weekly reports for management. Oversee warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.

Requirements

Previous experience as Warehouse In-charge / Supervisor (E-commerce preferred). Knowledge of e-commerce panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Strong understanding of

inventory management

. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, ERP/WMS is a plus).

Salary: ?18000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month (Depends upon Interview And Experience)
