Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations in our e-commerce warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, timely dispatch, coordination with courier partners, and maintaining dispatch-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Manage daily order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch activities. Verify order details, product quantity, and packaging accuracy before dispatch. Generate shipping labels, invoices, and required documentation. Ensure orders are dispatched within defined timelines (SLA).

2. Coordination With Courier Partners

Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery schedules. Track shipment movements and resolve courier-related issues. Handle reverse pickup requests (return orders) when required.

3. Inventory & Documentation

Update dispatch records in ERP/WMS or Excel. Maintain dispatch logs, AWBs, and shipment reports. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure order availability.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure proper packaging standards to avoid transit damages. Follow safety, hygiene, and warehouse operational procedures. Support internal audits and maintain compliance with SOPs.

5. Customer & Internal Coordination

Share dispatch updates with internal teams. Resolve order-related discrepancies (missing items, wrong dispatch, etc.). Assist in handling customer escalations related to dispatch and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or warehouse operations. Familiarity with courier platforms (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shiprocket, etc.). Basic knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of order fulfillment and logistics processes. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
