Manage inbound and outbound stock movement for e-commerce orders.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of products.
Maintain updated inventory records and coordinate for stock replenishment.
Handle order processing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.
Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy.
Monitor returns, RTO, and damaged product reports.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage systems.
Prepare daily operational reports and share with management.
Support improvement in warehouse efficiency and reduce order delays.
