The Logistics & Transport Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day transportation operations between Ecoomer and partner e-commerce platforms such as
Amazon, Flipkart, and others
. The role ensures smooth dispatch, on-time deliveries, and accurate reporting of logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily vehicle scheduling, loading, and dispatch operations.
Act as the main point of contact between Ecoomer and Amazon/Flipkart logistics teams.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
Manage transport documentation -- trip sheets, delivery challans, PODs, etc.
Maintain vehicle utilization and performance records.
Resolve delivery and pickup issues in coordination with partners and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and company SOPs.
Assist in vendor management (transporters, drivers, delivery partners).
Prepare daily/weekly reports on transport efficiency and delays.
Support cost optimization initiatives within logistics operations.
Requirements
Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
e-commerce or transport coordination
(Amazon / Flipkart preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Knowledge of transport management systems (TMS) is a plus.
