About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic

E-Commerce Trainer

who can train freshers and executives on e-commerce marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and digital selling strategies. The trainer will design modules, conduct sessions, and ensure the team is well-equipped with practical skills to manage seller accounts, listings, ads, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.). Design training modules on product listing, catalog management, pricing, promotions, ads, and reporting. Provide hands-on demos using seller panels, dashboards, and real-time examples. Train team members on marketplace policies, compliance, and new platform updates. Conduct assessments and share feedback to improve trainee performance. Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, tools, and strategies to enhance training content. Collaborate with HR and managers to align training with company needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel). Hands-on experience in cataloging, ads (sponsored ads, campaigns), inventory management, and returns handling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical way. Good command of Excel & reporting tools. Prior experience in training/coaching will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

2-5 years of experience

in e-commerce operations, account management, or marketplace management. Experience as a trainer or mentor preferred but not mandatory (if strong operations background).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
