Marketing Telecaller - E-commerce Business (EWK Team)

seller onboarding, account management, suspension recovery, cataloging, advertising and business growth solutions

Key Responsibilities

Make

daily outbound calls

to e-commerce sellers and business owners to explain EWK Team's services (onboarding, account setup, recovery, cataloging, ads, etc.). Generate

qualified leads

through cold calling, follow-up calls, WhatsApp and email communication.

Schedule meetings / Zoom calls

with interested prospects for the sales team. Collect and update

client details

such as name, business type, selling platform, requirement and budget in CRM / Google Sheets. Achieve

daily and weekly targets

for calls, leads and meetings. Regularly follow up with leads to

increase conversions and maintain relationships

. Share

market feedback, seller objections and common questions

with the team to improve scripts and offers.

Required Skills & Profile

Minimum

12th pass

(Graduates preferred). Experience in

telecalling, telesales, BPO or customer service

is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Fluent in Hindi

, with basic

English

and local language knowledge preferred. Strong

sales mindset, convincing skills, patience and objection-handling ability

. Must know how to use

WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer & smartphone tools

.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary:

Fixed Pay + Performance-based Incentives (per conversion / meeting)
