About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
E-commerce Team Leader
to manage and scale our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will lead the e-commerce team, oversee marketplace performance, optimize product listings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the e-commerce team to achieve sales and performance targets
Oversee product listings on platforms such as
Amazon, Flipkart, and company website
Manage end-to-end order processing, drop-shipping operations, and vendor coordination
Ensure accurate product catalogs, including pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
Optimize listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality creatives
Plan and execute promotions, deals, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
Track KPIs, sales performance, and prepare regular reports for management
Handle escalations related to orders, returns, and customer issues
Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience
in e-commerce operations, with at least
1 year in a leadership role
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify
, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of
SEO, digital marketing, listing optimization, and marketplace policies
Good analytical, communication, and team-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
